Deze privacyverklaring legt uit welke persoonsgegevens Lokaal Website verwerkt, waarom, en welke rechten u heeft. Wij verwerken gegevens conform de Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (AVG/GDPR).
1. Wie zijn wij (verwerkingsverantwoordelijke)

2. Welke gegevens wij verwerken
- Van bedrijven die wij benaderen (leads): bedrijfsnaam, adres, telefoonnummer, e-mailadres en openbare bedrijfsgegevens (bijv. uit Google Maps), om een gratis demowebsite te maken en u die aan te bieden.
- Van klanten: contact- en bedrijfsgegevens, en betaalgegevens die via onze betaalprovider worden verwerkt (wij bewaren zelf geen kaartgegevens).
- Van bezoekers van onze website: geanonimiseerde gebruiksstatistieken via Plausible (privacyvriendelijk, geen cookies, geen herleidbare profielen).
- Van de chatassistent: de berichten die u in de chat typt, om uw vraag te kunnen beantwoorden.

4. Met wie wij gegevens delen (verwerkers)
Wij verkopen uw gegevens nooit. Wij schakelen zorgvuldig geselecteerde verwerkers in, met wie wij een verwerkersovereenkomst hebben. Sommige zijn gevestigd in de VS; doorgifte vindt dan plaats onder de EU-modelcontractbepalingen (Standard Contractual Clauses, SCC's).

Over de AI-chatassistent
Onze chatassistent gebruikt de technologie van Anthropic (Claude). De berichten die u typt, worden voor het beantwoorden naar Anthropic in de VS gestuurd, onder de SCC's. Anthropic gebruikt zakelijke API-gegevens niet om haar modellen te trainen. Deel via de chat geen gevoelige persoonsgegevens; voor zulke zaken kunt u ons direct mailen.
5. Hoe lang wij gegevens bewaren
- Leadgegevens: tot u klant wordt of tot u aangeeft niet benaderd te willen worden. Na een afmelding beperken wij uw gegevens binnen 30 dagen tot een minimale onthoudlijst (bedrijfsnaam + e-mailadres), zodat wij u nooit opnieuw benaderen. Volledige verwijdering kan altijd op verzoek (zie punt 6).
- Leads die wij nooit hebben benaderd, verwijderen wij na uiterlijk 24 maanden automatisch.
- Blijkt een bedrijf al een website te hebben, dan benaderen wij het niet: contactgegevens worden dagelijks automatisch verwijderd en wij bewaren alleen de bedrijfsnaam en de vermelding zelf (zodat wij het bedrijf niet opnieuw opzoeken).
- Klant- en factuurgegevens: zolang de overeenkomst loopt en daarna conform de wettelijke bewaartermijnen (fiscaal: 7 jaar).
- Chatgesprekken: maximaal 90 dagen, daarna automatisch verwijderd.
- Back-ups verlopen automatisch na uiterlijk 30 dagen en interne herstelkopieën na uiterlijk 90 dagen; verwijderde gegevens verdwijnen daarmee ook daaruit.
6. Uw rechten
U heeft het recht op inzage, correctie, verwijdering, beperking en overdraagbaarheid van uw gegevens, en u kunt bezwaar maken tegen verwerking. Mail uw verzoek naar [email protected]; wij reageren binnen de wettelijke termijn. Bent u het niet eens met hoe wij met uw gegevens omgaan, dan kunt u een klacht indienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
7. Cookies
Wij plaatsen geen tracking-cookies. Onze statistiek (Plausible) werkt zonder cookies en zonder het volgen van individuele bezoekers.
8. Wijzigingen
Wij kunnen deze verklaring aanpassen. De actuele versie staat altijd op deze pagina, met de datum van de laatste wijziging bovenaan.

2. What data we process
- From businesses we approach (leads): business name, address, phone number, email and public business information (e.g. from Google Maps), to create a free demo website and offer it to you.
- From customers: contact and business details, and payment data processed via our payment provider (we never store any card details ourselves).
- From website visitors: anonymised usage statistics via Plausible (privacy-friendly, no cookies, no identifiable profiles).
- From the chat assistant: the messages you type into the chat, in order to answer your question.

4. Who we share data with (processors)
We never sell your data. We use carefully selected processors with whom we have a data processing agreement. Some are located in the US; in that case transfer takes place under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

About the AI chat assistant
Our chat assistant uses Anthropic's technology (Claude). The messages you type are sent to Anthropic in the US to answer them, under the SCCs. Anthropic does not use commercial API data to train its models. Please don't share sensitive personal data via the chat; for such matters, email us directly.
5. How long we keep data
- Lead data: until you become a customer or tell us you don't want to be contacted. After an unsubscribe we minimise your data within 30 days to a small suppression record (business name + email address) so we never contact you again. Full erasure is always available on request (see point 6).
- Leads we never contacted are deleted automatically after at most 24 months.
- If a business turns out to already have a website, we don't approach it: contact details are removed automatically every day and we keep only the business name and the listing itself (so we don't look the business up again).
- Customer and invoice data: for the duration of the contract and thereafter per the statutory retention periods (tax: 7 years).
- Chat conversations: a maximum of 90 days, then deleted automatically.
- Backups expire automatically after at most 30 days and internal recovery copies after at most 90 days; deleted data disappears from those too.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to processing. Email your request to [email protected]; we respond within the statutory period. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
7. Cookies
We do not place tracking cookies. Our statistics (Plausible) work without cookies and without tracking individual visitors.
8. Changes
We may update this statement. The current version is always on this page, with the date of the last change at the top.
